剛開(kāi)始工作時(shí),我總覺(jué)得每天都很忙很忙,但結(jié)束一天的工作之后,卻想不起自己到底在忙些什么,沒(méi)有規(guī)劃沒(méi)有邏輯沒(méi)有重點(diǎn),甚至,沒(méi)有效率。
這樣的工作和學(xué)習(xí)是很難讓人得到成長(zhǎng)的。

Time for school. And it's no surprise that many of us are determined to study smarter instead of longer.

First step, research shows that study sessions are most effective in small short chunks.

Instead of cramming in a ten hour study session, it's much more effective to spread it out into twenty thirty-minutes sessions over a few weeks.

This is because your brain is better at encoding information into the synapses in short repeated sessions as opposed to one large one.

As your brain is trained to learn in those moments, and well, many of us spend hours passively rereading our notes or highlighting a textbook.

Have an awesome study playlist? not so fast. Well some studies have shown that certain types of classical music can help improve concentration.
