6. Senior professional route to membership

The senior professional route to membership was introduced by RICS to encourage greater diversity of membership by offering a route to senior professionals in the industry. A 'senior professional' is someone who formulates strategy and policy within a senior position of their organisation, exercising extensive leadership and management skills.
為使其會(huì)員更具多樣性,RICS向該行業(yè)的資深專業(yè)人士提供了入會(huì)的"資深專業(yè)人員途徑"."資深專業(yè)人員"是指在組織中占據(jù)高級(jí)職位,負(fù)責(zé)制定戰(zhàn)略和政策性決策,擁有很強(qiáng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和管理技能的人.
