-Engage in needs evaluation, allocate work to different members according to their strengthens
-Engage in sample evaluation, control deliver quality
-Test and review scripts, dig and fix bug
1. Backstage testing by using Jmeter
2. Write testing scripts under different user stories
3. Rewrite special script of core API and execute adapting test under Linux environment
