I was born in an ordinary family and both my partents are factory workers. Although they did not receive the higher education ,they gave my full freedom and rights to choose the hobbies,the friends,the major and the dream,because of which, I form into the habit of thinking independently and making the quick decisions in the decisive moments.Therefore,I am so grateful that I have the very democratic and open-minded parents and I hope live up to their expectations.?

I have a wide range of hobbies,such as writing,reading ,debating,making friends,hosting programes and caring about inthernational issues,all of which inrich my life and bring me much happiness.Particularly, these hobbies have broadened my horizon and stimulated my learning enthusiasm.

The most unforgettable and meaningful part of my college life is the participation of debating contest when I was a sophomore.The point is not only my team got the second place in the final round,but the debate itself gave me a precious lesson:first, team-work spirit, if your team want to succeed,every member should be patient and inclusive ,because different people look at things from different ways,as a reasuit,your view will opposite to others inevitablely,in this situation,you need to listen to others patiently and then try to mingle the different ideas with the perfect and all-rounded view,which is quite important in the team work.Second,can-do spirit. you should be confident and convinced that you are bound to succeed,which guarantees you can performace well when face your opponents.From this two respects, I firmly belive that what I have learnt in the debating contest is very beneficial to my future life.

When I was young,I had a big dream to go abroad to get my further education and the dream is more and more clear with the time passing-by.Like the leading-actor in the film The Pursuit of Happiness said that if you get a dream,you should protect it.I think the same way.
