人物簡介

杰西卡·羅森(Jessica Rawson)教授在大英博物館工作二十余年，長期 擔任大英博物館東方古物部主任，1994年后又執(zhí)教于牛津大學中國藝術與考 古專業(yè)教授，是目前中國藝術與考古領域最為活躍的西方學者之一。自從學 生時代起，她就致力于通過物質(zhì)文化來研究古代中國。在過去三十五年的學 術生涯中，她試圖了解常出土于墓葬中的青銅器、玉器及其他工藝品是如何 被使用的，從而進一步去理解這些器物的制作造者的技藝、生活和信仰。
