面對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)“灰色情緒”應(yīng)如何應(yīng)對(duì)的面試技巧:
“單位好比一棵爬滿猴子的樹:往下看,全是笑臉;往上看,全是屁股?!边@條看似笑話的短信道出了職場(chǎng)上等級(jí)的威力。身為下屬,趕上領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作忙、氣不順,些微差錯(cuò),保不齊也會(huì)招來(lái)一頓狠批;明明是新來(lái)的年輕人犯了錯(cuò)誤,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)卻把脾氣發(fā)到老員工身上;看到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)陰沉著臉,員工也都戰(zhàn)戰(zhàn)兢兢,大氣也不敢喘……面對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的“灰色情緒”,下屬應(yīng)該如何應(yīng)對(duì)呢?
要把握這一點(diǎn),首先要從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與下屬的關(guān)系說(shuō)起。從心理學(xué)的角度來(lái)看,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的角色很類似于家庭中的家長(zhǎng),尤其類似于父親;下屬類似于子女。我們小時(shí)候大概都有過(guò)這樣的經(jīng)驗(yàn):當(dāng)家長(zhǎng)遇到不順心的事,家庭氣氛就變得凝重起來(lái),若在這時(shí)犯了錯(cuò),就很可能被家長(zhǎng)抓過(guò)來(lái)教訓(xùn)一頓。
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不是神,也會(huì)有喜怒哀樂,所以面對(duì)上司臉上的“陰天”,做下屬的要學(xué)會(huì)一些技巧。如果上司情緒不好時(shí),你因?yàn)橐恍┬″e(cuò)誤遭到了嚴(yán)厲的批評(píng),千萬(wàn)不要和他硬碰硬,你不妨虛心接受批評(píng),然后跟自己說(shuō)“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)更不容易,他現(xiàn)在只是心情不好,我該理解他”。事后,也不要為了這點(diǎn)小事找領(lǐng)導(dǎo)糾纏不休。
盡管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的情緒有時(shí)就像辦公室的晴雨表,他們心情不好,常會(huì)讓員工人人自危。但是千萬(wàn)別因此感到壓抑或煩躁。你不要總揣測(cè)上司為什么不高興,更不要認(rèn)為是自己犯錯(cuò)而惹怒了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。這時(shí),你最好按部就班地工作,即使和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報(bào)工作,也不要表現(xiàn)得唯唯諾諾,值得注意的是,說(shuō)話語(yǔ)速要放慢,最好不要啰嗦個(gè)沒完。
如果領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在心情不好時(shí),別人犯了錯(cuò),卻遷怒到你身上,你最好不要追著領(lǐng)導(dǎo)申辯。倘若你非要針鋒相對(duì)地理論出個(gè)青紅皂白,那樣領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就很可能把怨氣一股腦地撒在你身上。同時(shí),你也要反思,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為什么不遷怒于別人,是不是自己真的有些地方值得改進(jìn)。
有的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)因?yàn)楹图胰唆[得不愉快,他們會(huì)和與自己關(guān)系好的下屬傾訴,弄得這些下屬心情糟糕,無(wú)法專注地工作,可無(wú)法拒絕。此時(shí),身為下屬的你,一定不要擺出“公私分明”的臉孔。最好先和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一起分享他的感受,盡量不去談事情的細(xì)枝末節(jié)。
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)始終是大家最關(guān)注的人,所以大家傳一些關(guān)于上司的“八卦”也是很常見的事情。這些話難免會(huì)傳到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)耳朵里,讓他們感到惱火。這時(shí),你能做的就是一如既往的工作,盡量不要刻意去安慰領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。這樣,他很可能認(rèn)為你是“做賊心虛”,把一切罪責(zé)都?xì)w咎于你。
