記住一條黃金法則: Its NOT about you! It's all about them!

永遠(yuǎn)站在聘人單位的角度想問(wèn)題:他們想要什么想的人,他們想聽什么樣的答案。關(guān)心他們的需求,提供他們的需求。不要說(shuō)類似這樣的話:“這符合我的職業(yè)規(guī)劃……”“我能學(xué)到很多,我能提高自己的專業(yè)水平……blablabla”。

記住工作面試的真相:他們不是在找那個(gè)有知識(shí)技能的人,他們是在找他們最喜歡的人。面試不是考試,不是人家問(wèn)一句,你答一句。面試是交流,是認(rèn)識(shí)和了解對(duì)方,是看你們來(lái)電不來(lái)電。Chemistry的結(jié)果,你控制不了。你能控制的,是微笑,是傾聽,是回應(yīng),是讓自己輕松,也讓對(duì)方輕松。

真正的問(wèn)題

面試問(wèn)題準(zhǔn)備之前干嘛?
——猜題!想想如果你是recruiter,你得問(wèn)面試者什么問(wèn)題?
面試潛臺(tái)詞的四大疑問(wèn)——這些問(wèn)題,他們永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)說(shuō)出口“問(wèn)”你,但是所有的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)問(wèn)題其實(shí)都是在圍繞這四條“中心思想”:

你丫到底能不能干這工作?
有這個(gè)技術(shù)能力不?
-Can you fit in this team?
你這人很刁嗎?

1、Why did you apply for this job?
?
幾乎所有電面試、面面試的第一個(gè)問(wèn)題。這算是一個(gè)開場(chǎng)白,好繼而展開后面的對(duì)話。這個(gè)問(wèn)題如果之前都沒想明白,準(zhǔn)備好,對(duì)答如流的話——那后面也就別玩了。

Tips:不要說(shuō),這個(gè)工作適合你,適合你的職業(yè)方向。把思維轉(zhuǎn)變成:你的所學(xué),正是能貢獻(xiàn)給對(duì)方的。

2、What can you do for us that someone else cannot?
?
= Tell me something makes you different/special from other candidates. ≈ Why should we hire you?
= now it’s your chance to explain you are a good candidate.
?
問(wèn)題的問(wèn)法稍有不同,但是大體意思是一樣的,就是給你一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì),說(shuō)服他們,你比其他候選人出彩的地方。

3、Why do you want to work for us?
?
= Why do you want to work here?
≈What do you know about our company/organization/ our culture?
?
這個(gè)很明顯,就是想知道你了解不了解他們公司。答案準(zhǔn)備得越細(xì)越好。舉個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單例子:如果你說(shuō),“貴公司上個(gè)月在X市舉辦的業(yè)內(nèi)年會(huì)上,CEO就XX問(wèn)題的演講,給我留下深刻印象。我覺得這是XX行業(yè)的新動(dòng)向。這也引起了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)公司XX和XX的關(guān)注……” 就比你說(shuō)“我知道貴公司是買鞋的”——要有力度的多。

4、Can you tell us a little more about your experience at XXXX company?

這是傳說(shuō)中的“過(guò)簡(jiǎn)歷”。就是對(duì)方按著你的簡(jiǎn)歷,逐一叫你談?wù)勥^(guò)去的經(jīng)歷?;卮鸬年P(guān)鍵是:要往你現(xiàn)在申請(qǐng)的職位上貼合。

5、What is your salary range?
?
永遠(yuǎn)不要先開口提錢。就算對(duì)方提了,也要說(shuō):I am looking for a good opportunity, money is not really my motivator right now. 對(duì)方再逼問(wèn),就說(shuō):“May I know your salary range you would like to offer?
”
